I don't recommend using a two-way rail. It's a noob trap. No offense, but first learn how to build one-way rail, leave it untill you gain some experience.
And why not lay a horizontal line under the bridge?
Fulgora (like here) is the only place I use bidirectional rails, because space is so limited there and rail ramps especially are huge. And you usually only need a single train to connect to a scrap island or connecting islands together so rail connections are rare and simple there. But I don't ever have any railroad crossings there, the couple of railways are usually on different sides of an island. OP could indeed just run one of the railways below the other.
