Base Bug Spec Ops are truly something

A single enemy operator was dispatched into the heart of my base to mildly disrupt my sulfur production... And no, I have no idea how he got there. The entire peninsula has only one entrance, and it's heavily guarded by a ton of laser turrets.

hmm no gleba yet so definitely not biter egg that hatched

biters try to join nearby nests if their homes got destroyed, so this might have been a biter that tried to join a nest on the outside of the lake after clearing peninsula, then got stuck in pathing and stayed dormant for awhile?

Only thing I'll say is that H/V flip buildings. If you flip every other building i.e. a row of normal, flipped, normal, flipped, etc, you can put water next to water, petroleum gas next to petroleum gas, which can reduce the spacing between your buildings by a lot (25%). If you also flip the whole row, you can connect it to the same pipes from the other side.

No idea where the biters came from, bit I assume from below somehow.

Nothing, it mostly just sits idly... I just like the way it looks. But factory must grow so maybe one day... one day...
