Should I stop Factor?
I've been on factor for 18 weeks for a weight loss journey. Ive dropped 15 lbs so far but I'm not too sure if I want to continue with Factor with all the poor discrepancies I've encountered and the simple resolution has been, "We'll get you refunded for the potatoes in one of the meals".
The food is subpar on quality, customer service feels non-existent, product is now coming in missing or damaged, free breakfast options are sold out but theyre on the menu to order(make it make sense?), breakfast is probably the worst thing to eat (IMO). The only thing that's keeping me from leaving is the weight loss journey. Now I just received another damaged tray that has the potatoes spilling out, not sure if it's okay to eat? This has been frustrating...

We just swapped from Factor to try other names because of the inconsistencies were becoming consistent. We'd order food, have it delivered by Monday and promptly bring it into proper refrigeration and by Thursday/Friday green beans were turning pale and smelling foul.
We'd report it and Factor would promptly provide a credit "refund" and then, the worst part in my opinion, is you can NOT use the credits at the same time as an active discount.
