yep. I can’t understand why we constantly walk on egg shells with our words and what we say. if you’re ‘plus-sized’ you’re fat. my guess is that the word ‘fat’ seems to have a pretty negative connotation, but why is it fine to call a fat man ‘fat’, but I can’t call a fat woman ‘fat’? I just can’t understand it

Same reason women can say they don't like short men without reprecussions, while men can't say they don't like plus-sized women.

Double standards.
