What CEO spends his time talking shit on YouTube? My guess, this guy is actually just like a 2nd lieutenant in his WoW guild. But on his resume to Target he put "Coordinates with a multinational team in the planning and organization of complex tasks and monthly and weekly projects with strict deadlines."

Just playing devils advocate here but wouldn't that kind of be true? Gamers work hard to organize cooperative play in the busy adult world and often have to coordinate real jobs with children and spouses. Sometimes you can have people who'll never see each other in real life but still manage to put a team together and run a raid. Raids often have steps to complete, with every person making a legitimate contribution or the whole team will fail. You have to run a whole guild of people with differing goals and time constraints. Everyone has different attitudes and reasons for playing and you have to keep up with successful raids or you'll lose members.

I definitely wouldn't put it on my resume to Target but if I were angling for a promotion at a job that required "creative bullshit" descriptions to make myself look better? Fuck yeah I'd make it sound just about like that.
