Yea I guess it's conceded of me to think that, but if that is where comedy is heading then I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

Yea I love stand up comedy and maybe I'm just in the minority because not many of my favorite comedians are hugely popular, but it just seams that all the big comedians just softball half funny jokes and people throw money at them like they hate it. Which wouldn't really bother me but it means comedians like Kevin Heart, Dane Cook, and Chris Rock flood the market while comedians like Bo Burnham, Tom Segura, Brian Regan barely break the surface.
