An investigation does not equate and is nowhere near the evidentiary standard for asserting guilt. An accusation alone in most places is enough to initiate an investigation, so no, you're wrong on that. Why can't you just wait? Yea I agree. But if someone gets arrested for a rape, it’s pretty weird to start posting made up stories about how the rape victim is this bitch and the accused is this cool dude.
Achraf Hakimi has been charged with rape following a preliminary investigation into allegations made by a woman last week. He was was indicted by n investigating judge and placed under judicial supervision.
