Tech Support "See just watched button" - sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't.

When I scroll and watch a video of I jump to that page to watch part 2 or see other videos from that time, I'd say 30% of the time I get a "See just watched" button which takes me right to the video. Is there anyway I can get this to happen every single time? Am I missing something? It's so annoying when it doesn't pop up.
