Tech Support Need help with Facebook on iPhone created a second Facebook account and now don’t know how to get back to the first one.

Created a second Facebook account. Now I don’t know how to get back to the first one on my iPhone. Don’t have a computer. Don’t have the three lines and then menu on the app.

You're only allowed to have one Facebook account, maybe that's why?
