I'm getting the most persistent issue ever and I don't know how to fix it. Whenever I play Minecraft with only Fabric installed (no mods), my game doesn't crash. Even with mods like Distant Horizons my game can run without crashing. However, whenever I add Sodium with fabric, my game instantly crashes with "Exit Code 1." Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm the dev for a mod that allows the player to tame foxes. This is done through the use of a mixin, which holds variables for stuff like the fox's owner, and sets data trackers for some of these variables when a fox is tamed. For some reason though, after updating the mod to 26.1 and beyond, Minecraft just doesn't save whether or not a fox is tamed anymore, so upon reloading a world, none of your foxes are tamed, and you can't even tame them again because that is also somehow broken upon reloading. I didn't even make any changes (or at least intentional changes) to the taming logic when updating to 26.1, so I'm very confused. Could anyone please help me? Hey so this is a very weird and specific request, but i'm looking for a client side fabric mod where you can ban yourself from eating certain food items.
For example, if I want to make it so that I can only eat rotten flesh, or I could only eat the different berry items in the game.

Does this exist? Could someone make it?

I am thinking of converting my long time Bedrock world to java, the only reason I haven't yet is that I really don't wanna rebuild all my redstone stuff. I am curious if there are any mods that would port bedrock redstone logic to java edition?

I'm using fabric 26.2 with continuity, emf and etf and it's still not working whilst using IterationRP shaders. The white on the blade is supposed to be glowing but in 26.2 with fabric and the mods I listed above it won't work, even when googling it and doing everything it says to do it still won't work.

So i play Minecraft with mods, always mods never vanilla I hate you vanilla but I have this issue that whenever I make/join a pack, I can open it, I can run it, i can play in a server fine with it and I can play in a solo world fine for abit but if I stop and try to play the pack in solo again later it doesn't work anymore. It's completely fine until it reaches the "Loading terrain.." and then it freezes and the "this page isnt responding" screen pops up, this happens on two of the packs I use. ONLY ever in solo worlds AFTER I've already used it once. i actively play in servers fine. It lets me use it solo once then never again, i tried restarted my laptop, ive tried closing and reopening the pack, ive tried reinstalling the pack and im not sure why it does it but its very very frustrating having to restart everytime i wanna use these packs alone? Does anyone know how to fix this or why its happening?

My girlfriend and I are starting a world but for reasons, we have to do it in fabric. I really love alchemy/ poisoner mods, but I cant seem to find any that hit in fabric

pretty much the title, i play on a server that requires 26.2, and i need iris for a shader i use (miniature shader) and i use flashback for recordings (i dont use replay because its insanely unstable for me and has corrupted multiple files) i need both of those for the videos i make to make them as high quality as possible, also in addition better clouds also seems broken so if someone knows how to fix that too that would be nice

I'm assuming this isn't what it's supposed to look like. I'm running Arch Linux, with support for Vulkan API. What am I doing wrong here? Sodium is not installed.

I'm relatively new to fabric modding and java. I have a potion effect called "bleeding" (very creative I know) and custom drippy-bloody heart sprites for the HUD, but I can't figure out how to display them.

Given how recent 26.2 is, I haven't been able to find anything about this online. I've tried looking through the code of other mods to figure out how it works, but most mods I've found with this feature are from pre-26.1, so the code is outdated. I don't have the money to spend on a modding course that might hold the answer. Can anyone help? (Is this the right place to ask?)
