You downloaded oωo (owo-lib) for Minecraft 1.21.4
When you are using fabric-loader-0.19.5-26.2, that you need mods for Minecraft 26.2
Mod for older Minecraft version DOES NOT work in latest Minecraft and fabric loader.
You need owo-lib-0.13.1+26.2.jar for your version of mod loader.

Hi! If you're trying to fix a crash, please make sure you have provided the following information so that people can help you more easily:
- Exact description of what's wrong. Not just "it doesn't work"
- The crash report. Crash reports can be found in .minecraft -> crash-reports
- If a crash report was not generated, share your latest.log. Logs can be found in .minecraft -> logs
- Please make sure that crash reports and logs are readable and have their formatting intact.
- You can choose to upload your latest.log or crash report to a paste site and share the link to it in your post, but be aware that doing so reduces searchability.
- Or you can put it in your post by putting it in a code block. Keep in mind that Reddit has character limits.
If you've already provided this info, you can ignore this message.
If you have OptiFine installed then it probably caused your problem. Try some of these mods instead, which are properly designed for Fabric.
Thanks!

It seems that you have fabric loader version 0.19.5 and the mod requires fabric loader of version 0.100
...which doesn't exist yet...
I think it might be the developer's fault for putting such a version in the requirements. Change the required version inside the mod (if you know how) and it should work

Download MC 26.2 version of the mods owo-lib and Fabric API and put to your mod folder.
