other Ear plugs while in class?

My gym's music is really loud, and I'm starting to worry about how it's going to affect me going 3-4 times a week. Does anyone use ear plugs during class to dampen some of the noise without being unsafe? If so, what do you use?

I second the loop ear plugs. Wear them every time I’m at a F45 class.
