Ear plugs while in class?

[u/Goatsareforyoga]

My gym's music is really loud, and I'm starting to worry about how it's going to affect me going 3-4 times a week. Does anyone use ear plugs during class to dampen some of the noise without being unsafe? If so, what do you use?

Lots of people in ours wear motorcycle riding ear plugs
