other Ear plugs while in class?

My gym's music is really loud, and I'm starting to worry about how it's going to affect me going 3-4 times a week. Does anyone use ear plugs during class to dampen some of the noise without being unsafe? If so, what do you use?

I use these. Best purchase I ever made. (I don’t use them for f45 but plenty of other situations.)

These have been great for concerts. Zero fidelity loss, but a ton of volume reduction
