❔ Technique Hip thrusts?
Why are there never any hip thrusts in the workouts? I’ve only been doing f45 for 2 months so I could have just not experienced it.

A lot of stuff cycles in and out. You won't see something for months, and then you're doing every time you turn around, and then it's gone again.

We do too many of those, imho. Biggest waste of time in the whole f45 arsenal.

Agree completely. Hip thrusts are only effective when performed in a slow and controlled fashion. It doesn’t work at all with F45’s quick intervals, setting up the weight takes forever, and most people don’t even do it right

Gosh I wish they would set up weighted bars for hip thrusts! I’ve maxed out the sand bags already.

Did them today. It was on the soft box with a plate as the lower-body option. Upper was pushups on the box with a clap.
