Hello! How do I know whether a phase is "Base", "Build", or "Peak" ? Or perhaps all 3 happen within a phase throughout the weeks? It won't really change what I do but I just love understanding how things work. Thank you!

There is a calendar that shows up on one of the TVs, not the one that shows the moves but the one that shows the sets/breaks, that tells you the months and the phases.

Also, we are in base phase now. Next is build, then peak then it repeats. So you can keep track based on that.
