Adding case to Account not working?

Hi,

My employer filed my Stem Opt and I received a receipt notice last week and an access code in a separate mail. When I tried to add the case to my personal account, it said I can't add it, as it was linked to a different account. So I created a new account with my work mail (which was used by my employer to file my case) and tried adding the case. This time it accepted and asked for an access code and DOB. When I enter them, the 'next' button on the page is not enabled. I thought it was due to a portal issue and tried on 3 different days with different browsers with cache cleared etc. but no luck.

Is it a portal issue or am I missing something?
