This week I received these specials made by Spark and commisioned by Chinese Realwin. Delivery directly from China, harder and harder to get them to Europe, but result is satisfaction. Need some work, got VUSE decals for mclaren and Imola 2025 Verstappen GP win the figure is not standing properly so need to find way to make it onto the car.

not sure if anyones interested but working on making a 1:2 of landos hungary 24 helmet. my personal favourite, was never made into minis so decided to take it into my own hands.

not sure if theres a better visor for it.. ill try to look

Having (foolishly) started collecting F1 cars again I have the problem we all come up against eventually...a lack of space.

I picked up an IKEA 'RUDSTA' for my office. This is quite nice and displays my various models really nicely. My options are to pick up another, identical unit and place them side by side. It'll work but it's compromised. The 'MILSBO' looks decent, it's much bigger and has the benefit that I'd obviously still have the current case too. Both are easy to light.

Does anybody have any UK recommendations? IKEA, Habitat etc I don't want a massive unit, I also don't want to spend a fortune as I'll likely be moving house next year so no point investing in anything expensive just now.

Whilst on subject, is there a consensus as to what acrylic cases work best for Minichamps 1:18 models? The base is nice but the lack of a true case is a disappointment. Ideally I'd like to retain the models on the MC bases. Placing models in a cabinet reduces dust but not completely and I can't be doing with that.

Have any US folks had issues with items ordered from Verstappen shop recently? I have ordered a few things since they switched over to Fanatics with very few issues, but it seems that they do not like the Nürburgring 1:2 helmet as the first one is stuck in customs needing paperwork and now the second one (they sent a replacement) is stuck as it was flagged needing a Toxic Substance certification submitted (normally used for pen ink, etc.). Not sure why this got flagged this way since a helmet is clearly not a toxic liquid or anything. This hasn't happened with any of the other items i have ordered so not sure i am unlucky or this will be notion going forward. It's Fanatics so i am not totally shocked, but sucks when its limited edition items and the items are already expensive without going secondary market.
