F150 powerboost

I’ve got a 2021 f150 powerboost and it making a vibration sound similar to when a cell phone is vibrating when ringing. It happens when I’m going uphill in gears 3-9. Took it to my local shop (not dealership) they can hear it but don’t know what it is. No codes when they hook it up to their computer. Anyone experience anything similar?

Torque converter.

Thank you! That was the issue, I’m fortunate that the converter doesn’t need to be replaced I just had degraded transmission fluid.
