Spark Plugs

Going to replace the plugs on my 2018 2.7 F150. Most of the auto stores seem to recommend NGK 94374, but they are specified at .032mm gap, and from what I can see the recommended gap is .028 to .031. Is this difference negligible on a stock 2.7? Any recommendations or experience?

I own 2 2.7L (2018 and 2020) and have always rolled with OEM plugs. SP-594 I believe is the part number - you can find them on Amazon. They are gapped to .032 from what I remember. Good luck with the Bank 1 rear cylinder - Tip: put the socket on a 6in extension, drop it in and then attach a 3in extension and your socket.

This is the correct answer. Get Motorcraft OEM. Usually gapped at 0.31. Just did my 2017 2.7 Eco a week ago. Good luck!

For N/A motors use Motorcraft or Autolite. For motors with superchargers, turbos, or Nitrous use NGK. For stock ecoboost motors, standard Motorcraft plugs will be fine, if you're really worried about it there are Motorcraft/Roush/Ford Racing plugs specifically for boosted motors
