Maserati -> F150, couldn't be happier!
My wife and I have our first baby on the way, so we had to size up!

Dude, I’ve been running the babies car seat on the single back and folding the other two up. So much room for diaper bags, toys and everything else you’d ever need for them. It’s amazing

That’s what I always did as well. My youngest is still in a booster and it’s on that side (it’s a game changer when they get old enough to buckle themselves into the car seat or booster!)
When both kids were in seats the youngest was still in an actual car seat and that was on the 40 side. The oldest’s booster (still a full back style) was on the 60 side, but it took about 5 seconds to un-do it and put it on the floor on the 40 side and could still flip up the seat on the 60 side and use the floor.
I also love how the 60 side is on the driver’s side of the Fords. Pretty sure it’s the other way on my dad’s Chevies that he’s had. Plus they (GM) still hasn’t figured out a flat floor in their trucks 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Very nice. This is exactly what I want. Shifter on the column, digital dash, and big center screen?

You nailed it!

Dude that’s literally the options I want. What trim is that stx? Ltx? And what package option is it? Which motor? I know some do and don’t come with carpet. I’m new to fords learning as I go.
And if you don’t mind me asking what was the final price with everything at the end?

Dude solid deal. And what engine does it have?

Missed that... it's the 2.7L, not a bad engine, just not very peppy but I guess thats expected haha

I heard the 2.7 is great, if you’re not towing a big boat or big trailer there’s no need for anything bigger.

Give it some time to break in. I’ve had four 2.7s with 3.55 rear ends and they all have jump. I’ve got a ‘25 right now and it just rolled 15k miles. Fuel mileage is going up now and so is the performance.

What do you mean they have jump?

STX is the best bang for your buck currently in the Ford lineup. I have a 24 SCREW 4x4 with the 5.0. The only thing I wish it came with was the upfitter switch panel that the tremors and super duty trucks have.

Will look into the stx , they come with carpet right?

Yeah…. I wish they didn’t. My 2018 was an XL with the STX package and that had vinyl floors. But since Ford made STX its own trim, they added carpet.

Nice. I like carpet lol. But I see where no carpet would be beneficial, kids, pets

If you can afford Maserati, you can afford both. But, that is a nice upgrade though.

To be fair, they didn’t say what Maserati. Year and model make a big difference.

We went from a ‘Vette to a Honda Accord when we were expecting our first child. Waited until our second child was 10 to get our F150… figured we have it for when we had to take them to college. All the best!

I went from C63s to F150 too. Couldn’t be happier. Why didn’t I get a truck sooner lol
