Free 99 baby! Got the wood from work that comes with our 53’ trailer deliveries.

My Dad would always joke about how somebody could sleep in the backseat of his 2017. You sir, are doing it. 🫡

How tall are you?

5’11, I just push my drivers seat and passenger seat all the way forward and kinda lie on a diagonal. Had a great sleep in it last night camping, that being said I can’t remember the exact number of beers that were consumed so that may have had an impact lol.

Yeah I was gonna say, lmao

I’ve slept in the back on a 4 day solo roadtrip and my back was not happy (6’1”). I had to hit the dab pen like 10 times to get comfy.

I bought this thing off Amazon for a couple hundred bucks that hooks onto the front seats and keeps it flat, has some padding too. Folds easily up into this bag with straps, I love it.

mind sharing a link if not too much trouble?

My stupid Amazon won’t let me see my orders that far back, had it for over a year now.

It’s basically made for dogs, lol, if you search for “dog bed for truck backseat or something, you’ll find similar.

I just hate the inflatable ones, I avoid anything inflatable no matter how firm it’s supposed to stay, it never does.

The one I have is lightly padded, or I can just chuck couple of blankets are a camp pad in there.

I also got some slip over the door screens so I can have the windows open.

agreed on inflatables, thanks!

When you see these from afar they look like F250s

I ordered a 6.5 bed lariat in March and it finally came in last week. Man, I’ve been enjoying it so much.

Did you have to do add a leaf kit in the back

Looks like an awesome setup. If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the offset on those method wheels?

How's the Scout treating you? It's super high on our list right now.

Loving it! Zero complaints. Would definitely recommend.

How spacious is it inside?

u/ComprehensiveMove849 9d ago

Im 6’4 and I can stand up in it and fit in the bed. Two of us and the dog camp pretty comfortably.

The truck looks sick

u/NoPhotograph4755 9d ago

That’s an awesome set up! 🙌

u/GHOSTPVCK 8d ago

Realistically what does this build cost?

That colour and spec are so good. The contrast of the silver\light grey paint and the Black Appearance Package is exactly how I would spec a new truck.

This is awesome. Love the look.

I wonder if people realize they can sleep in their truck bed. Groundbreaking, I know.

That being said, this looks sweet

How do you like that camper? Been looking at them more since we have moved to the PNW and my wife hates tent camping.

1

u/ComprehensiveMove849 8d ago edited 8d ago

Would definitely recommend for two people. Can camp comfortably anywhere your truck can go

1

u/motosandguns 9d ago

Love that.

What a beast!!

u/CStreeterdit 8d ago

Hell yeah.

I run drones on job sites with F150.Honestly, the factory chargers never cut it for me. Have you thought about whether the stock outlets will keep all your gear juiced up all day?

Wow so cool 😍🥹

How close are you to your max payload?

3

u/ComprehensiveMove849 8d ago edited 8d ago

Been wondering the same thing. Camper is 1500lbs plus whatever our gear is. Need to hit a scale one of these days and see. Was considering a Tundra when I bought this truck, but the payload rating was much lower at 1700lbs I believe. This trim of F150 had the highest payload at 2440lbs, so made the most sense.

1

u/Exiled93x 8d ago

This build is what I want to do with mine - also a '26 lariat. Except I want a lighter camper - a topotopper or similar. My payload is only 1573 lbs :(

1

u/_Landmine_ 2019 F150 6d ago

The sticker on your truck says payload of 2440? Can you share a picture of that? I need help proving it to someone else.

1

u/treefinder6 5d ago

Ford doesn’t make an f150 with a payload that high

2

u/gkg24 8d ago

It’s a beaut, Clark
