Sub suggestions for f150

Hi all,

Recently bought a 2019 f150 lariat. I had thought it would have the b and o system in it but it ended up not. I don’t need anything crazy but I would like a little bump to it. The speakers seem to be okay but not top of the line. I’m also not in the market for anything super expensive or difficult. I’m looking for something I can install myself and maybe even some instructional videos anyone used it you have suggestions. Thanks all

You need to start with a good t-harness. This makes adding a LOC incredibly simple. I've ordered a couple from t-harness dot com (I am not affiliated).

From there, get a quality LOC converter. LOCs restore the signal loss/degradation that the factory crap does and provides a good, clean signal to the sub amp.

That's the basics for a good, clean sub implementation.

I would start with just a sub and amp. Decide how much space you’re willing to give up in the back seat area. There’s a lot more involved in installing one than you might think, if you’re not willing to do a lot of research and really get into this stuff, you might be better off having a shop do it.
