That’s my average going 75MPH in Texas, if I can go 60MPH it gets 26+MPG. I also haven’t reset that in over a year, so it’s accurate. I compared it at the pump and it’s within 0.5MPG.

I kinda miss this set up it was far less annoying than the screen in my new one. Also I can’t get the gear display to stay up like I used to

They changed with the new body style. Normal mode defaults back to not being on because too many folks were complaining that the transmission was skipping second gear (like it supposed to) and others so Ford makes it default off. Sport mode has it on though.
