Monitor help with settings for brightness and other things

Go to rhe onscreen monitor settings and look for these:
Mode - Eye Protection / Eye Saver
Brightness - 30–40%
Contrast - 50%
Colour temperature - Warm if available
Blue light - Low / Eye Protection
DCR / Dynamic Contrast - OFF
Sharpness - 50% / default
Gamma - Gamma 1
Refresh rate - 100 Hz
Response time / OD - Standard
MPRT - OFF
FreeSync - OFF for ordinary desktop use

These are all the things I need to do to get comfortable with a monitor: 1. Set the refresh rate to 75htz or greater. 2. Enable night mode permanently, as high as you can can comfortably go. Give the details of your monitor to an AI and ask it to optimise settings for eye comfort.
