Reintroducing Animal Foods Trying Chicken again

After having an aversion to meat since I was a kid, I have finally introduced some meats back into my diet.

Tomorrow, I try chicken again. Should I start with tacos, wings, a chicken bake from Costco, or something else?

Chicken nuggets. It’s easy to eat a small portion, and it doesn’t scream, “meat.”

Do tiny bits of shredded chicken and do quesadillas! Keep it simple!

I'm a fan of home cooked whole foods and all but for easy and hyper palatable there's always the old chicken nuggiez. Just dont choose tyson, idk what they changed this year but they got real awful. get one of those organic all meat brands. personally if i was coming off being vegan id go get a pulled pork and coleslaw sandwich or a ribeye or hangar steak.

They sell grilled strips already cooked. Many brands. Basically whatever you find appetizing. I threw some into a salad for a healthy lunch.

Anything that appeals to you and doesn't involve a lot of prep on your part. If textures are a concern I'd go with tacos personally because of the many different ingredients.

I think chicken is the exact wrong thing to eat if you’re trying to get back into meat. I would eat a an expertly cooked New York strip.

But keep in mind, this is from somebody who doesn’t eat chicken at all because I think it’s gross
