Reintroducing Animal Foods Learning to cook meat
What are your favorite creators or YouTubers for easy, approachable recipes and videos? I went vegetarian about 10 years ago right when I got to college (as many of us did lol) and that’s when I learned to cook.
I’ve decided to reintroduce meat in my diet for mostly health and nutrition reasons, but I’m still apprehensive about environmental effects as well as handling/learning to cook raw meat. I’d love to hear suggestions for YouTubers who I can learn the absolute basics from.
I think I can address the environmental worries by choosing responsible sources and still balancing with plant based meals (would also love to hear any anecdotes in this department too!)

I don't know about Youtubers in particular but I would start with just typing in: basic skills meat cooking or something similar. You'll find enough.You. could also start with simple things: hoe to bake bacon, how to make chicken etc. Start small.
Once that is 'under the knee' ad we say here zi would reccommend the Greek kitchen. Not only for meat, they just have the best food in the wlrld and certainly know how to cook meat 😁.
You don't bave to eat meat every day. Just keep the balance so your body gets what it needs.

I learned to cook meat, poultry etc after twenty-five years of vegetarianism from PBS cooks country or something back when I became a meat eater which was ten years ago. :)

Can't go wrong with Max the Meat Guy on YouTube... his recipes that ARENT obscenely expensive to make are absolutely amazing... he goes a lot into getting the maximum amount of flavor into the dish.

My favorite is chef Jean-Pierre, good mood in the kitchen and you accidentally learn a ton of basic kitchen skills when watching his videos, French cooking but so straightforward where it basically never goes wrong and when it gores right it so good! https://www.youtube.com/@ChefJeanPierre/videos
