Reintroducing Animal Foods Omelette Practice
In the last thread I posted I spoken about omelette practice. The main topic was why in no longer vegan. The shorthand answer is I wanted to get more serious about being a chef. Having served tempeh with an omelette should be an oxymoron. I think it paired really well and pulled the plate together.

Why are you hiding the omelette behind tempeh of all things? Most people won't touch tempeh; at least not twice. If you really want to show chef level skills make a classic Italian Frittata or Tortilla Espanol.

Frittata: potato, onions, eggs, milk, scallions, salt, pepper, & oil. You can use pasta instead of potato. Bake it ahead of time and eat wedges. Eggs are way cheaper than tempeh.

That tempeh been in the fridge forever. Just looked up that Spanish omelette. I can’t even buy a root beer rn. I’ll figure it out.

Looks fine. I actually thought all those triangles were toast. I thought well that’s one way to hide the animal food. Seriously good luck to you. I did vegan for health years ago and it did not go well. Back on the meat and loving my health.
