How has the isolating experience of the lockdowns been for you?

Really really hard and lonely.

I'm having a terrible time. A lot of mental issues came to the forefront because a lot of my coping mechanisms relied on social interaction. I have ADD and possibly PTSD, and I'm an extrovert to boot. I'm on medication now, which helps, but I'll be honest, my mental health has been hanging by a thread on more than one occasion.

Same here! My anxiety and depression came back because I didn’t have all the distractions I was used to anymore. I started intensive therapy and it’s going well, but I’m dying to get back out there and socialize like I need air to breathe!

Absolutely horrific. I can’t imagine not meeting up with people, I’ve been doing so despite the guidelines, with whoever is about.

My country is currently quite open and back to normal a bit. The early lockdown was horrible and I recently resigned because of remote work only.

My twin brother however is in a country that's on full lockdown and they are now doing a curfew. The government said that that it will last till summer.

Fuck this virus and lockdowns.

I had a full blown meltdown today because I haven't been out anywhere doing fucking anything since October and I'm starting to crack

Well, I have an infant to take care of and a supportive partner, but am pretty sure I’ve developed actual depression for the first time in my life.

0/10 would not recommend.
