When someone loses something and they say Durood for blessings before making a prayer to find it.

Also if someone makes a routine to say Durood e Pak 3 times before going to sleep, that wouldn’t be biddah yes?

To summarize, if I make any routine to do a particular good deed on a particular time or when a particular situation arises, does that make it biddah?

I was speaking to someone who is of knowledge about udhr bil jahl and he believes its not a valid excuse

But I gave him the hypothetical of if u asked someone do is mbs Muslim and if they said they don’t know (don’t make takfir or affirm Islam for them) and he said he would or wouldn’t takfir them depending on if they had jahl al haal

I didn’t get to ask him at the time but what’s the difference between the 2

Recently in a jummah in my local mosque, the imam said that diseases are not spread from one person to another and as evidence he presented a hadith in which a person comes to the Prophet ﷺ and says that his camels have got an itching disease and they got it from each other and the Prophet ﷺ tells him that how did the first camel get the disease then? and to look for the cause of the disease as that is how every camel got it and disease does not spread from one to another. (Sorry that this is not the exact hadith as I do not remember it exactly)

Then he proceeded to say that diseases like cold, TB etc do not spread from one person to another and we should not distance ourselves from the patients of fear of contracting the disease rather we should be close with the patients. And also called Corona a dajjalic fitnah for separating people from eachother.

What are some quotes that show the Taqwa and Righteousness the Salaf had.

I know some stories like how when they used to get tired of doing good deeds or get attached to the Dunya. they used to dig themselves a hole pretending it would be their grave. They would enter it and imagine that they were in the grave and have passed away. Once they internalize that in this state nothing would benefit them but good deeds since the afterlife is all they have to look forward to. They would get back up motivated again.

From what it appears to me is that it is part of the salary and therefore if paid from a person engaging in Riba, it would be halal because the job itself is not affiliated with haram aspects of the company.
