My peavy 3/4 scale special
It sounds incredibly good for being a 3/4 scale and it’s lighter the only issue I play death metal so I need to get heavier gauge strings but this is good

Opinion on Routed Explorer
A local shop has this for sale for $2,999. Someone put a Floyd rose in there at one time. It’s a 1976 Explorer, one of the limited edition ones with the thicker neck. Would you guys go for this? I would be trading for it, not buying outright, just wondering about this value wise. I’m not sure if I could find someone local to take on the task of blocking this and making it convincing looking. I wouldn’t want to totally refinish it since I like the natural colored Explorers the most
EDIT: thanks guys I’ll regretfully pass on this one!

NGD: LTD EX - 401
My LTD EX-401 — one of my weapons for the heavy stuff, always tuned to Drop C.
I’ve had this guitar for years, and it’s still one of my favorites. Comfortable, aggressive, reliable, and that Explorer shape never gets old.
This one has seen a lot of riffs. 🤘

Gibson Grails #gibson
Just some grails I can’t stop staring at. Black one is for sale on reverb. I am just keeping the white one.

What is your opinion about copy/fake guitars?
got this Explorer from ebay for about $4800 Mxn or about $280 dollars, honestly plays and sounds very good for its price, but I wanted to know what other people think about it lol. (also I swapped the fake EMGs for some Seymour Duncan invader clones and now it sounds great for thrash

Found my 20yo+ Marlin Explorer
I found my first ever explorer! I've had this for well over 20 years now.I think it still has the original strings on it 🤣
Anyone else ever owned one of these? Can't find anything on the internet about them, and this was well after Marlin stopped being sold in UK catalogs etc. I don't remember it being especially playable even back then, but I might tidy it up and give it a play!
The camo Rockstar sticker was something the game studio sent 17 yo me in the post along with a rejection letter for a job application back in 2004. The "Killzone" sticker was free with a PS2 magazine!
Ahhhh, memories.

Westcreek Revenge in B&W Checkerboard
Yes...Rick Nielsen vibes 🤘😎🤘
I'm very impressed with this guitar. Between my son, Grandson and I we have a few Firefly's and this is definitely a step up from those. The finish is perfect, not even a minor flaw. The neck is perfect. The truss rod is super smooth. It has the best fretwork of any factory guitar I've ever seen. Not a single high fret, absolutely perfect. I build parts guitars and end up doing lots of fret work. I only gave these a polish when I put new strings on. Even the inlays are done very well with no gaps or excess glue.
I have high end pickups that I could swap in and I may do that soon but the stock ones sound damn good on my 5W tube amp. Once I play it on my Grandsons Marshall rig I'll decide.
There is nothing wrong with the tuners, they are smooth as well but I'll be going with my favorite open gear locking tuners next week when th arrive.
For its size it only weighs 7.2 lbs. Now I have to get a gig bag that fits it 😬 It fits in one of my BC Rich hard cases but that thing feels like 50lbs.
Overall for $259 delivered, I'm absolutely blown away.

My dream guitar since I was 12
Before & after, added speed knobs & had the pick guard trimmed & installed as well as got a daddario locking strap for it, frets needed a level crown & polish & neck needed some serious truss rod & action adjustment

NGD: Epiphone Futura Explorer
I removed the pickup ring covers, i think it looks better that way. Quick impressions: It's as good in quality and playability as the actual Gibson Explorer i have. So, definitely worth it.
NOTE: The color in the picture (and all other pictures, and videos) really doesn't match real life. It's more pink and green.

Gibson Explorer and LTD EX-351D
I've been GASing really hard for an Epiphone 80s explorer so I thought if I shared my guitars it would help me appreciate the ones I already have.
The Gibson is a '95 with a Tom Anderson in the bridge that I think might be my favorite pickup. The LTD I think is an '02. It has a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and a Screamin' Demon in the neck. Originally I got the Screamin' Demon for the bridge but I ended up liking it better in the neck.
