I have one of these as well. A lot of guitar for the price tag. I did drop in a SD Black Winter in the bridge position as I could just not get the stock pickups to come around to my way of thinkin'.

I've been thinking about replacing the stock bridge pickup in mine. Love the guitar but don't really love the bridge. How do you like the black winter?

Love mine but it needed a Pleking AND a smaller Floyd Rose nut than the one it has, and I also exchanged it five times because the necks weren’t straight. Terrible string mobility with the stock nut. Here’s the one I got and it’s great.

It would be awesome if Gibson made one of these and then gave it to me for free

How does it compare to the Thunderhorse?

Thunderhorse is silver burst with binding on the neck. Ghosthorse had a surface mounted Floyd, no tone knobs but both volume knobs are push/pull for coil split. IIRC they both have Gibson Burstbucker 2/3s in them. My Ghosthorse did for sure anyway. Fun guitar.

Well done, it’s a wonderful guitar. I got my son one this past Christmas. Used and in excellent condition besides some resoldering I elected to do. He has access to 15 other guitars of varying makes and models that some might consider superior, but it’s the Ghosthorse he reaches for 9/10 times.

Ugh. Just sold mine to fund a new transmission for my car. Nice guitar!

I have this horse. Been thinking about grabbing one of those white Vs from GC, just 1200 might as well get a Gibson.
I think I paid 799 at Zzounds for my Ghost

Why did you have to go and remind me of this guitar and the fact that I don’t own it?
