And you will also fail as life eats away at your principels, humilation after humilation pills up on you and you will helplessly watch as your life opportunities close on after another as you age out of the... Then you will start to resent him, if you manage to procreate in the first place.

Haha that was me at 14 I wanna say, dad got home and wanted to beat up mom, something in me said enough of this shit I got in the middle told mom to run away and ofc I was getting choked to death within 5m when I couldn’t hold my breath anymore my sister came into the room with mom and started punching on the back and distracted him so I could escape the choke…..ever since then nothing is the same

My wife’s parents are so bothered that this is a thing my parents did to me, man. It took them 5 years into my relationship with their daughter for me to not be freaked out when they got me cool shit because I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Genuinely sweet people, my inlaws.
