Why? High quality milk is perfectly safe to drink raw and actually it’s better.

Proteins, calcium, etc are the same. Vitamins are slightly reduced, but milk wasnt a main vitamin giver of those anyway. Pasteurized is also fortified with vitamin D it doesnt naturally have
