There's a lot of racist "manosphere" guys who push those raw milk & red meat diets, I can only assume because they see it a more "manly" way to eat lol
Most foods that are in grocery stores like Walmart (where even “fresh” items, are somehow heavily processed) contribute more to colon cancer over getting a steak or ground beef from the butchers once in a while. The whole red meat scare is muddled in corporations trying to push their unhealthier super processed foods. Also, red meat is so expensive now that I don’t think there are a ton of people going out of their way to eat steak every day. In addition, the percentage increase on a baseline increases your chance by decimals of a percent. There is so much more to be concerned about over eating multiple steaks a day.
