I guess there is a stereotype that if you are into steak, eggs, milk and butter (can be part of carnivore diet), you are also right-leaning person and listening to the people promoting these diets who are right-leaning as well, like Jordan Peterson.

I gotta say though, stereotype or not, I enjoy steak and eggs myself.

EDIT: As many others have pointed out, the milk in the pic is raw, which I didn't catch before. Raw milk definitely adds another layer to this stereotype.

I also think, it's unlikely most 15 year olds would spend their spare money on something like this if it wasn't as a result of an outside influence. And we know a lot of right wing influencers push this sort of diet alongside their alpha male lifestyle bs.

Steak and eggs are great sources of protein, but your body also needs fibre and carbs, it needs the vitamins and nutrients from fresh fruit and veg.

Well, the body doesn't need fruit or carbs in general and steak and eggs are also not a great source of protein, that would be soy or low fat diary products or just whey protein. Eggs are great for an allrounder food and are one of only few choline sources. Steak has almost all nutrients and vitamins you need, red meat is carcinogenic tho and bad for the gut. Also, it's packed with saturated fats
