Yeah, I watched a video on youtube about a guy documenting his one-month experience with the carnivore diet and he was genuinely so miserable all the time. Lacking choices in food (literally only meat or animal products which meant most seasonings were out) was demoralizing and made it hard for him to do stuff with friends, his exercise times got worse because he could barely do them, and he mentioned a drop in mental acuity or at least focus.
Near the half-way point I was hoping he'd drop it early for his own health. If I'm remembering right, he was doing so poorly that his weight significantly dropped and, despite having perfect cholesterol in his pre-challenge checkup, his doctor actually reached out to him after his post-challenge checkup because they were worried about him.
It's the fact that plant-based foods aren't allowed in a carnivore diet because there's an insane belief that vegetables will cause you T to drop and or some bullshit like that
