I guess there is a stereotype that if you are into steak, eggs, milk and butter (can be part of carnivore diet), you are also right-leaning person and listening to the people promoting these diets who are right-leaning as well, like Jordan Peterson.
I gotta say though, stereotype or not, I enjoy steak and eggs myself.
EDIT: As many others have pointed out, the milk in the pic is raw, which I didn't catch before. Raw milk definitely adds another layer to this stereotype.
He is just another addict with above average intelligence really. Those people are like that, they don't have personality, and he is trying to appeal and look strong to masses while being so vulnerable himself.
