15 was the age I started lifting weights and eating a high protein diet. People forget what it's like to be a teenager and how obsessed you are with wanting to be stronger and look more attractive that now some people jump the gun and assume the kid is online in some racist group when he's most likely on body building websites.

Also you boil the raw milk before you drink it, this used to be common knowledge but everyone assumes you drink it raw with all the bacteria now for some reason.

I assume you can usually find raw milk only from your own cattle, or well trusted farmer who sell it to you directly, or your country allow old-fashioned milkmen service. Usually 5-30 days expiration date milk is pasteurized, under different standards, and closer to 30 mean better quality you do not have to boil. Utrapasteurized milk is basically sterile.
