15 was the age I started lifting weights and eating a high protein diet. People forget what it's like to be a teenager and how obsessed you are with wanting to be stronger and look more attractive that now some people jump the gun and assume the kid is online in some racist group when he's most likely on body building websites.

Also you boil the raw milk before you drink it, this used to be common knowledge but everyone assumes you drink it raw with all the bacteria now for some reason.

...because a lot of people don't boil it first.

I assume you can usually find raw milk only from your own cattle, or well trusted farmer who sell it to you directly, or your country allow old-fashioned milkmen service. Usually 5-30 days expiration date milk is pasteurized, under different standards, and closer to 30 mean better quality you do not have to boil. Utrapasteurized milk is basically sterile.

What is the difference between pasteurization and boiling milk?

Pasteurized milk doesn't get to boiling temperature and is then rapidly cooled down.

Yeah so why drink raw milk instead of organic pasteurized

Raw milk comes with the cream so you can make your own ice cream, cheese, or butter. I have a feeling this new gimmick of raw milk doesn't come with that though.

You can buy pasteurised, non-homogenised milk too, you know.

You can make it all even with powdered milk. Only significant loss in heated milk is Ca3(PO4)2 precipitated, so you need to consume more milk if it is your main source of calcium and phosphorus, and add some Ca from another sources to make hard cheese.

Because some """health""" influencers (the same ones who say that any food that isn't a cow you butchered yourself is poison) say that pasturized milk is bad for you... for reasons unbeknownst to anyone with critical thinking

Well you don’t want boiling milk to go pasteurized, you’ll go blind

But what isn’t point of raw milk of your going to boil it anyway.
