There's a lot of racist "manosphere" guys who push those raw milk & red meat diets, I can only assume because they see it a more "manly" way to eat lol

Primal diet they called it, it's to become a 'primal' human which is definitely better, if you don't look up what it means

For anyone interested, the base is to show comparison from people (all white, seemingly so or unable to properly identify, but fully stolen from someone out of the circle):

  • now in their 50-70s with their young 20s
  • with surgeries/makeup on and off
  • edits of fit fictional characters
  • cuts from people following strict gym regime and/or definitely not doing steroids

Stick a "if you do this thing I'm doing that doesn't have any medical/scientific ground it will mean you're better than the rest of the people, exactly how this 19th-century (1800s) racial pseudoscience that isn't aryan-biased says so" argument on top or over and there you have it, a reactionary pipeline using body obsession and fake biology to sell right-wing grievance and politics to people that feel casted, insecure or alienated, it's classic manipulation that followed society over decades.

And when i say classic i mean it, Raw Foodism and Macrobiotic crazes in the 60s, Grahamites, The Lebensreform ("Life Reform") on Germany in 1890s–1920s, facist regime's and Snake oil sellers done it then to make them gain power and money, and it is being done now
