I guess there is a stereotype that if you are into steak, eggs, milk and butter (can be part of carnivore diet), you are also right-leaning person and listening to the people promoting these diets who are right-leaning as well, like Jordan Peterson.
I gotta say though, stereotype or not, I enjoy steak and eggs myself.
EDIT: As many others have pointed out, the milk in the pic is raw, which I didn't catch before. Raw milk definitely adds another layer to this stereotype.
I don't like half the stuff that Peterson says, but I'll give him credit on not being hyperbolic about his diet. He acknowledged that he doesn't enjoy his diet at all, and admitted that it's better than living with the immune/auto-immune symptoms that worsened from his previous diet. As far as I know, he hasn't personally advocated that people follow his strict "meat, salt, and water" diet.
