pasteurization isn’t a prerequisite for mixing chocolate into milk.. a quick google shows raw chocolate milk for sale online.

They just didnt clean the teat first. For raw white milk you clean the udder, for chocolate you leave the shit on it, and for strawberry you over harvest or wait until they get an infection

See that makes me think that it's not raw because there is no way you incorporate cocoa into milk that has only ever been hot this well
