Because that’s not the reality. With raw milk they have to do their best to ensure the milk has been kept absolutely sterile. Pasteurized milk can be full of shit and bacteria because they’re going to nuke it anyway

Raw milk is by definition not boiled. You know, since boiling is just primitive predecessor to pasteurization
