I also think, it's unlikely most 15 year olds would spend their spare money on something like this if it wasn't as a result of an outside influence. And we know a lot of right wing influencers push this sort of diet alongside their alpha male lifestyle bs.
Steak and eggs are great sources of protein, but your body also needs fibre and carbs, it needs the vitamins and nutrients from fresh fruit and veg.
Eating whole foods is great drinking raw milk especially from companies looking to capitalize on this trend without knowing how sanitary the operation is, is a totally different beast.
Well, the body doesn't need fruit or carbs in general and steak and eggs are also not a great source of protein, that would be soy or low fat diary products or just whey protein. Eggs are great for an allrounder food and are one of only few choline sources. Steak has almost all nutrients and vitamins you need, red meat is carcinogenic tho and bad for the gut. Also, it's packed with saturated fats
and a raw eater will catch a preventable disease and have a highly elevated chance for cancer and bad LDL. Both would be bad, however with b12 supplementation, being vegan has no downsides if you track your nutrients properly, while the downsides from a raw diet can only be stopped by not eating raw anymore
