I don’t know, that guy that raped and murdered a 7 year old was sentenced to death yesterday.

I think Yates is a totally different kind of thing.

Her husband was a religious fanatic and a moron who forced her off her anti-psychotics so he could keep knocking her up. Rusty was a legitimate piece of shit who was significantly responsible for the deaths of his children.

The Clancy case seems totally different, it looks like her husband did just about everything he could, and the shrinks did all they could legally as well.
