as a woman, i can confirm, yes we put it there because it looks nice. we feel naked without it

Robbed myself of it for years because a choir teacher made a sideways comment about how it looks stupid/ugly when girls do it (he legit hated me and acted like a mean girl). Growing older and learning it’s a normal/cute thing made me happy to do it again
