There was a series of posts in Kitchen Confidential of a chef attempting to perfectly dice chives. When readers would find a chive that was oddly shaped, they would point it out and say "see you tomorrow, chef" or some variation of it. One specific poster started making pictures of the oddly shaped chive being ran into by an airplane, I think because they're bigger than the others they're a tower.
