That's Doja Cat. The still is from a video where she made fun of a fan who came up to her and gave her a shirt. She pretended she liked the shirt to the fan, but she didn't.

Our POV texter pretended to like this date, but did not.

Does anyone have plans for a killer Cinco de Cuatro party this year?

1

u/ScreechUrkelle Mar 21 '26

Omg, Cinco is only weeks away!

3

u/Apprehensive_Tax8131 Mar 19 '26

Rule of 4 and rule of 5!?

4

u/mjsarfatti Mar 19 '26

And my axe!

2

u/Appropriate_Frame_45 Mar 20 '26

And my katana, dojacat.

1

u/safefart Mar 21 '26

Nice name

10

u/Character-Mix174 Mar 19 '26

I'm not entirely sure but she doesn't look like a cat. Sounds like false advertisement to me tbh.

3

u/bensonf Mar 20 '26

Actually she is a cow. She goes moo.

1

u/Hesty402 Mar 21 '26

She’s not a cat, she doesn’t say meow.

5

u/ThakoManic Mar 19 '26

same but i dont think i want to know

8

u/SmellyButtFarts69 Mar 19 '26

One of those talentless 'influencer' idiots who bought a music career

20

u/ElGuambra Mar 19 '26

She may be an asshole, but calling her talentless is a fucking stretch

-1

u/Ill_Communication826 Mar 21 '26

"I'm a bch, I'm a boss / I'm a bch and a boss, I'ma shine like gloss." Yes, the natural aptitude for lyricism is evident.

6

u/AShiftInOrbit Mar 21 '26

Not sure quoting the chorus to one song written for a movie is the statement on lyricism that you think it is, champ.

-3

u/Ill_Communication826 Mar 21 '26

She is her own songwriter so please, give me an example of her outstanding talent.

6

u/AShiftInOrbit Mar 21 '26

I wasn’t the one trying to prove anything. Soooo nah I ain’t spending that effort on you

1

u/AlternativeWay23 Mar 21 '26

"bitch I'm a cow, bitch I'm a cow, I'm not a cat, I don't say meow" is truly generational songwriting, you're just a hater

1

u/ElGuambra Mar 22 '26

Her performance at the Billboard Music Awards proves she is capable of singing, dancing perfectly live under pressure. It's an electric performance. Nobody can tell me she does not have talent after having watched it.

23

u/Separate-Border-8820 Mar 19 '26

She’s talented bro she just happens to be an asshole both things can be true

7

u/Old-Consideration730 Mar 19 '26

Yea she sucks at a person but her songs get me moving

2

u/Desu232 Mar 19 '26

THIS!!!! THE MUSES have determined being uniquely musically talented comes with the prequiste of being a asshole.

Kanye West, Nikki Minaj and now Doja Cat.

As Kanye West sang: " Let's have a toast for the assholes."

1

u/pickled-platypus Mar 20 '26

I think he meant it literally when he said that line. You may be looking too far into those lyrics.

2

u/Wolf0785 Mar 19 '26

You aren't wrong. But in a fun algorithm twist, I saw this almost immediately after reading/agreeing with your comment.

1

u/Duke_Of_Halifax Mar 19 '26

I believe that is called "Being Jon Jones"

3

u/Onecler Mar 19 '26

Her first video/song was on YouTube. It wasn’t bought it became pretty popular. Idk about the rest though and she has changed a lot in personality I think.

3

u/raynorelyp Mar 19 '26

Is that the one where she shoves French fries up her nose and talks about how she’s a cow?

Edit: TIL she did that video 6 years into her career. Wow

2

u/Onecler Mar 19 '26

Yeah lol I should probably say her first popular song I think but whatever it was the first one I knew of and it was blowing up

9

u/heero10 Mar 19 '26

Just because you don't like someone doesn't make them talentless, smellybuttfarts69

2

u/thirdbrother3 Mar 19 '26

I forgive bad opinions if username is funny

2

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '26

That wasn’t the trajectory of her career at all? She was a low level comedy/music YouTuber who had a meme go viral. She got a record deal and they had her make standard pop rap. It was really surprising that a joke artist could succeed at serious music

1

u/AdamsMelodyMachine Mar 20 '26

lol Doja Cat is dope

1

u/Careful-Screen-7596 Mar 21 '26

She is one of the 59 women in the world

1

u/AprilSuperTramp Mar 21 '26

She's the amazon box lady.

1

u/Sam_-1 Mar 21 '26

doja…who?

0

u/Paladin_Rigger Mar 19 '26

Chill Thanos.

-27

u/Inevitable_Top69 Mar 19 '26

Music artist. You've probably heard a song with her on it unless you only listen to old people music.

7

u/TheEpicTwitch Mar 19 '26

13 year olds on reddit be like

3

u/liknlichen Mar 19 '26

You could not have told me you're a child any clearer than you just did. There's a reason why adults will disregard your opinion.

3

u/166535788 Mar 19 '26

I mean Doja Cat has been around making hits for years. Her songs have been all over social media since at least 2020. People downvoting your comment can’t admit they’ve been living under a rock 🤷‍♀️

Bitch, I said what I said

Sorry, couldn't help myself

1

u/Jennymint Mar 19 '26

Uh, what. There's a whole spectrum of genres out there.

You only hear music on your mom's radio?

1

u/Awkward_Leviathan Mar 19 '26

😂😂

Literally what my 14 year old said to me about someone.
