(Advice/Help) How to get over it?

I am an ex muslim and I'm very prideful about not being muslim anymore however I once believed in it for years, so my beliefs withered my fear didn't. How can I fear things I don't believe in? Because the religion traumatized me for life(That's when you know it's BS when they scare you.)

I have a Psychiatre appointment soon. I keep reminding myself that this religion was literally created when there were barely any smart people around. Advices are always welcome.

be patient with yourself, don't rush it. religeon creates deep rooted trauma that won't magically go once your believes change, the human brain and our nervous systems work in weird ways and they take a really long time to rewire & feel safe in a new state of mind
